Elroy Air is a United States aerospace company founded in November 2016 in San Francisco, California. It develops autonomous, hybrid-electric vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft for cargo logistics that do not require a runway or dedicated charging infrastructure.

The company's principal product is the Chaparral, a hybrid-electric cargo eVTOL aircraft that first flew in prototype form in November 2023 and was flown without a pilot on board at Houma–Terrebonne Airport, Louisiana, in late August 2026 under the FAA's eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP).

In July 2026, Elroy Air named Kratos Defense & Security Solutions as the exclusive U.S. manufacturer of the Chaparral, with production based at Kratos's expanded Sacramento, California facility and first production aircraft expected before the end of 2026. Elroy Air has named commercial and defense-related customers and partners including Bristow Group, FedEx, Barq Group, and SLI, and states its commercial demand pipeline exceeds 1,400 aircraft, a company estimate not independently verified.
