STARK is a German defence technology company founded in 2024 by Johannes Schaback, Florian Seibel and Uwe Horstmann, and headquartered in Berlin with additional sites in Munich and Kyiv. The company builds unmanned systems and control software aimed at NATO forces, with Ukraine's battlefield requirements as a stated design input.

STARK's product line centres on the VIRTUS (also designated OWE-V, for One Way Effector – Vertical), a battery-electric VTOL loitering munition unveiled in April 2025. The company also develops Minerva, a command-and-control software suite that lets a single operator coordinate multiple drones for swarm or saturation missions, and the Vanta family of unmanned surface vessels. STARK has been selected, alongside Helsing, to supply loitering munitions to Germany's Bundeswehr.

The company positions itself around automated, high-volume manufacturing of European-made components, and has expanded from its German base toward other NATO member states.
