The Tactical Heron is a multi-mission, multi-payload tactical unmanned aerial system (UAS) based on the proven Heron UAS legacy.
The Tactical Heron is IAI’s most powerful latest technology tactical system designed to provide high quality real-time intelligence gathering and transmission for use in military, law enforcement, and homeland security missions.
Equipped with wideband Datalink, the Tactical Heron UAS is easily upgraded with optional Beyond Line of sight (BLOS / SATCOM). Designed for easy operation and runway independence from semi-prepared airfields. Commonality and interoperability with IAI existing UAS related infrastructure, assets and capabilities is a primary advantage of the Tactical Heron UAS.
